Terms of Service

By accessing or using Probalyx, you agree to these Terms. Probalyx provides AI-powered football probability analysis for information and entertainment. It does not provide betting advice, tips or guarantees. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Predictions, probabilities and analyses are estimates based on statistical models and historical data. Football is inherently uncertain. Probalyx does not guarantee prediction accuracy, future model performance, suitability for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Use Probalyx responsibly and at your own risk. Premium features are for users aged 18 or older. Do not use the Service for illegal gambling, scrape or redistribute protected data without permission, or reverse-engineer the models. If you choose to gamble, you are solely responsible for financial losses, legal compliance and responsible-gambling decisions.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Eligible first-time Pro members may receive one seven-day trial; billing may begin automatically after the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Eligible Free members may purchase one 72-hour Weekend Pass. If upgraded to monthly Pro before that pass expires, the published pass amount may be applied as Stripe account credit. Founding Elite pricing is limited to the published founder allocation. Elite receives predictions first, then Pro, then Free according to the published release windows. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Partial-period refunds are not provided except where required by law.

Elite may include verified streak rewards, Reward Points, badges, complimentary membership time, one eligible Streak Shield per calendar month, and promotional challenges. Rewards require server verification. Streak Shields have no cash value, are non-transferable and do not carry forward. Cash or large-prize challenges are not active unless separate official rules, eligibility, jurisdiction, dates and confirmed funding are published before entry opens. Future prize references are not guarantees.

Referral milestones count only qualified referrals who become paying subscribers and pass anti-abuse checks. Referral free-month rewards are account credit, not cash. Alerts and weekly digests are convenience features and delivery timing is not guaranteed. Leaderboard placement and recognition use server-verified settled predictions; manipulated, duplicate, automated or abusive activity may be excluded.

Probalyx content, predictions, models and analysis are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without permission. We aim to use reliable data but do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of match data, live updates, injury information, transfers, team news or other third-party data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probalyx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue or data, inability to use the Service, or losses arising from gambling or betting activity. Access may be suspended or terminated for Terms violations, abuse, manipulation or security risks.

Probalyx may update these Terms and non-founder pricing with reasonable notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
